SEPT. 11, 2016---THE 15TH ANNIVERSARY

SEPTEMBER 11 IS A DAY THAT SHOULD BE REMEMBERED EVERY DAY. WE NEED TO REMEMBER THE PEOPLE WHO DIED, THE PEOPLE WHO KILLED THEM, THE POLICE, FIRE, CLERGY WHO RESPONDED, AND THOSE FAMILY MEMBERS LEFT BEHIND.

 These are pictures of a memorial of 9/11 that stands in Israel. It was completed in 2009, and is 20 miles away from Jerusalem. It is a 30-foot bronze of an American Flag that forms the shape of a flame to commemorate the flames of the Twin Towers as they were hit by radical Muslims.
The base of the monument is actual melted steel from the World Trade Center. The city of New York sent the metal over to Israel.

 Surrounding the monument are plaques with all the names of the victims. It is the ONLY memorial outside the U.S. that contains every name.

 And...some football games will be taking place this Sept. 11.
Any team or individual team members disrespecting our flag might want to remember this date and the people of all nationalities, skin colors and religions who lost their lives.
