RUN TO THE TAPER TO SEE "DISGRACED" BEFORE IT LEAVES

DISGRACED is the most exciting, thought-provoking play I have seen in Los Angeles for YEARS. Of course it was seen on Broadway first. The characters are a successful male Muslim lawyer pretending to be an Indian to get ahead; his WASP  artist wife; the more radical Muslim nephew; the wife's Jewish artists' agent who is married to a black woman.

There are huge issues, of course, and it all explodes at a dinner party. What is so refreshing is that people are not politically correct at all. All the things we keep inside (whether for good or bad) just fly out of people's mouths causing havoc and deep thought.

Performances sensational. Just go. NOW. And don't go alone. I'm not kidding. You will need someone to talk to immediately.
