HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LINDA THOMPSON-----AT NIKITA IN MALIBU

LINDA THOMPSON IS A "GIRL'S GIRL." WE LOVE HER AND SHE LOVES US.
Every year on her birthday, she writes a poem for her "girls."

                                                               GIRLFRIENDS


We may not have been little girls together;
We've probably had different storms to weather.

We may share a lot-or be world's apart;
Yet we are all bound by the strings of our hearts.

We'ew allies who look for the best in each other;
As a friend, a sister, a wife, or a mother.

Thought none of us is perfect, at least we try!
And I'm ore grsateful for friends as the days go by.

And the days go by!!...It seems quicker each year;
What's once taken for granted, becomes much more dear.

We all have full lives; so littel time to spare...
Yet friends find the time to show that they care.

So we gather together-then go our own ways,
But a part of each heart, with the others, stays.

Let's celebrate womanhood, and friendships true!
On this day, it's a blessing to share it with you.

The event was organized by Wendy Burch and took over an entire deck at Nikita.

 Guests enjoyed various pizzas as hors d'oeuvres, and then had choice of kale salad with various toppings; chicken or fresh fish entrees. The food was great! I wish I had a picture of the dessert, because it was ELVIS' POUND CAKE. Really, it was.

All in all there were about 25 fabulous women
there and we stayed for hours!!!

Because Suzanne is so well-versed now in women's alternative health, there was one point where it almost look like a seminar where she was answering all our questions. It was fantastic!

AND THE REALLY SPECIAL NEWS WE CELEBRATED....

OUR DEAR WENDY BURCH IS PREGNANT!!!!!!! WE ARE SO HAPPY, AND HAVE BEEN INCLUDED ON HER LONG JOURNEY TO ACCOMPLISH THIS!!
