I'M NOT MAKING THAT UP. THINK ABOUT IT FOR A SECOND.
1. Barbara Walters, still executive producer of the show, really likes her and wants to help.
2. When Barbara was on Letterman and was talking about her you could see her joy and interest. Letterman outright asked her if Monica might be a new co-host and Barbara turned red and started to stutter. It was clear that it was being discussed behind the scenes, and all Barbara answered (eventually, once she retained her composure) was, "Well, it's not happening today."
3. Who knows what will happen to "The View" now that Barbara is gone? Today's show, the first without Barbara, had a boring male co-host. What a mistake it was not to have a great, exciting person sitting in that fourth chair today!!!!
4. I have a strong feeling she'll get a tryout, and I hope she's great.
MONICA IS IN "VANITY FAIR" THIS MONTH. In my opinion, her message is absolutely true----WOMEN FROM SEX SCANDALS ARE SKEWERED FOR LIFE, WHILE THE MEN ARE ALLOWED TO GET ON WITH THEIR LIVES.
"THAT WOMAN" |
Bill's fine; Monica's not. She's a slut; he's a "guy." Not fair. Do I blame him for disgracing the office of the presidency by bringing her into the Oval Office to "play." Yes, I do. That publicity for a U.S. sitting president was embarrassing, appalling and disgusting. Was he the only president to do that? No way. He was the jerk that got caught and then lied. But Monica can't even get a job. Not fair.
