BAFTAS, BUT THE AACTA (AUSTRALIAN ACADEMY CINEMA TELEVISION ARTS)
BROADCASTS THEIRS FROM HOLLYWOOD!!!!
PRESENTED BY QUANTAS AND G'DAY USA, THE AACTA took over the Hollywood Palladium Saturday night and had a wing-ding of a party. The Hollywood Palladium was really cleaned up for the event! I love going to an awards show wherer you can sit in comfortable couches and have hors d'oeuvres AND small plates passed to you. The actual TV broadcast lasted only one hour, so afterwards we were treated to incredible food stations by Australian star chef
Neil Perry, and our "own star"
Tom Colicchio. each chef was actually there and it was a thrill being handed tacos directly from Tom himself.
