"DANCING WITH THE IDIOTS"--NOT VAL, BUT THE PEOPLE SUING HIM
Valentin Chmerkovskiy posted a photo of a 16-year-old girl with Down Syndrome, who is also obese, on social media a couple of weeks ago with the caption that read, “Letting your kid become obese should be considered child abuse.”
No. 1. He didn't know she had Down's Syndrome. If he had known, he wouldn't have posted it.
No. 2. American children are unbelievably overweight and their parents are letting it happen.
No. 3 Even the White House is leading the charge against obese children.
No. 4 Val was just trying to raise awareness
No. 5 Someone standing around in a public place has no right to privacy
AND NOW THE FAMILY IS SUING FOR $600,000!!!!! GIVE ME A BREAK!
They are also suing CBS for retweeting it for another $6 million, and suing the photographer who took the picture of her while she was at a baseball game, back in 2008, drinking a soda, for $600,000!
The photo was made into a meme by the person who took the picture of her, and the photographer also made that caption up to be posted along with the meme of the young girl.

HERE'S AN EXAMPLE OF AN EXCELLENT OSCAR CAMPAIGN MANEUVER
All the members of Screen Actors Guild received an invitation to an "ALICIA VIKANDER RETROSPECTIVE" this coming weekend. Four of her films are being screened at the Pacific Design Center and she will be there, too. Smart move.....she deserves to win anyway.
